Push Ups 1000 in 60 Minutes - 35 Day Plan



This Push Ups 1000 in 60 Minutes workout plan is for those who desire to give their arms and shoulder's a big boost in strength, whether it's for a particular sport, or to regain some of your old strength back. This is for all ages from 14 to 70 years of age. I set this plan up to run for 35 days, but during those 35 days you should take off 3 or 4 days to take during this time period. Any 3 or 4 days will do but never back to back days off. And you will need a clock with a second hand on it to do push ups 1000 workout plan so make sure this is done where a clock is visible. By the end of this 35 days you will be doing 1000 push-ups in 60 minutes.

Push Ups 1000 in 60 Minutes - 35 Day Plan

Stretch out routine is to be done daily before any working out.

Jumping Jacks one minute, Jogging in place one minute, Toe touches for one minute, Shadow boxing for two minutes.

Day one complete 100 push-ups, get there any way you can today, but make it a goal to do this in 30 minutes.

Day two complete 100 push-ups, do ten push ups at a time with a one to two minute break in between each set.

Day three, repeat day two

Day four complete 150 push-ups, do ten to fifteen push ups at a time with a one to two minute break in between each set, the goal for today is to complete this within 45 minutes or less.

Day five complete 150 push-ups, within 35 minutes or less using whatever numbers and sets you need to do to complete this.

Day six complete 200 push-ups, within 35 minutes or less using whatever numbers and sets you need to do to complete this.

Day seven complete 250 push-ups, within 45 minutes or less, the goal today is to do 10 sets of 25 push ups, with a two to three minute break between each set.

Day eight complete 250 push-ups, repeat day seven.

Day nine complete 250 push-ups, within 30 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do to complete this.

Day ten complete 400 push-ups, within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day eleven, repeat day ten.

Day twelve complete 400 push-ups, complete 16 sets of 25 push ups within 45 minutes.

Day #13 complete 400 push-ups, repeat day twelve.

Day fourteen complete 500 push-ups within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #15) repeat day fourteen

Day #16) complete 500 push-ups within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day seventeen complete 500 push-ups, within 45 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #18) repeat day seventeen.

Day nineteen complete 600 push-ups, within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #20) complete 700 push ups,within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day twenty one complete 700 push ups, within 50 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #22) same as above, repeat day #21

Day twenty three complete 800 push ups, within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #24) complete 800 push ups, within 55 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day twenty five, complete 12 sets of push ups, with a 60 second break in between each set, doing your maximum amount of push ups each set.

Day #26) complete 15 sets of push-ups, with a 60 second break in between each set, doing your maximum amount of push ups each set.

Day #27) complete 900 push-ups, within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #28) complete 15 sets of push-ups, with a 60 second break in between each set, doing your maximum amount of push ups each set.

Day #29) complete 900 push-ups, within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #30) complete 15 sets of push-ups, with a 60 second break in between each set, doing your maximum amount of push ups each set.

Day #31) complete 900 push-ups, within 50 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #32) complete 1000 push-ups, within 65 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Day #33) complete 1000 push ups, within 60 minutes using whatever numbers and sets you need to do in order to complete this.

Remember to take off 3 to 4 days during this push ups 1000 35 day workout plan, and pick up where ever you left off at, and not skipping any days.
